Lengths vary, but widths are 20 feet and heights are about 17.8 feet. There are four models in the Duo series: 120: 600 square feet; 1-2 beds and 1 bath; $31,750-$69,950100: 500 square feet; 1-2 beds and 1 bath; $28,975-$63,87575: 400 square feet; loft with a sleeper sofa and 1 bath; $24,900-$53,92557: 300 square feet; loft with a sleeper sofa and 1 bath; $21,100-$48,050 The Duo’s larger size makes it more versatile, but you can still get these homes in a size small enough for tiny living or to use as an ADU. These homes have lofts with spiral-like staircases that are handmade.
